Guidosimplex's history began 50 years ago, when Otello Venturini was faced with his hardest challenge: to give disabled individuals the concrete possibility to drive a vehicle.

In 1960 the Italian Ministry of Transportation certified the validity of the driving devices; this gives birth to Guidosimplex, which has now become a reference point for millions of people who want to be independent.

Guidosimplex is now present in Europe, the United States, South America, South Africa and Japan, with its own structures, importers and dealers. In Italy it has a net with 150 authorized dealers.

Guidosimplex devices are designed and produced with the aim of giving a solution to every kind of pathology that hinders or prevents an individual from driving. ISO9001 certification shows Guidosimplex's deep and caring concern for all the technical/commercial materials and devices produced for every kind of need.

The manuals and the fitting instructions are available in the main commercial languages, other than Italian: English, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese on the Guidosimplex intranet site. All this is coordinated by an Export Customer Care Assistant and by the Export Manager, who controls the activity in each country.

Five Sales Representatives, each one in his own part of the country, take care of the Italian market. This structure is duplicated in every country Guidosimplex has representation. Guidosimplex is also member of the European Mobility Group, of the ISO/TC22 Working Group, of the National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association, of the Association Drivers Educators for Disabled and is also a certified supplier of Motability.

Guidosimplex devices have been tested successfully by TÜV (Germany), ITV (Spain), CBR (The Netherlands). Guidosimplex is also present on the web:
